Enterprise Risk Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Risk Management who will oversee enterprise-wide legal initiatives and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring of operational and strategic risks
• Develop tools, practices, and policies for analyzing and reporting enterprise risks while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Direct the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program operations, including incident response and emergency planning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in project or program management
• Experience working with databases and understanding data structure impacts on business processes
• Ability to manage relationships with contractors, vendors, or agencies; experience managing staff is preferred
• Existing knowledge of organizational structure and relationships with key departments such as Finance and IT Security
