Enterprise Risk Management Partner

Job Summary

To support second-line oversight and challenge throughout the issue and incident lifecycle, the remote Enterprise Risk Management Partner will ensure alignment with Group Risk standards while collaborating with business stakeholders and regional risk teams to enhance incident analysis, root cause identification, and governance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders and regional risk colleagues to strengthen Zip's enterprise issue and incident management framework
• Review and challenge incident classifications, impact assessments, and remediation plans to promote consistent enterprise-wide practices
• Analyze incident trends and control failures to provide insights for identifying systemic risks and opportunities for control enhancement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk, enterprise risk management, or a related second-line risk function within a regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience managing issue and incident management frameworks, including root cause analysis and remediation oversight
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and core risk disciplines
• Experience conducting incident reviews and investigations, with the ability to identify underlying systemic risks
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
