Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Summary

Enterprise Risk Manager, responsible for full-time management of enterprise-wide risk frameworks, policies, and program capabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and the company's risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and standards
• Assist in the design and refinement of risk appetite metrics and key risk indicators
• Drive execution and continuous improvement of enterprise risk programs and governance materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, risk management, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management functions and knowledge of risk management frameworks
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for research and analytical workflows
