Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Enterprise Risk Manager, the full-time position will support the design and enhancement of enterprise-wide risk frameworks and policies while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and the company's risk appetite.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and standards
• Assist in designing and refining risk appetite metrics and key risk indicators
• Drive the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise risk programs and governance materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, risk management, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management functions within a large financial services organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and experience with AI-enabled tools for research and analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
