Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise Risk Management program, the full-time Enterprise Risk Manager will facilitate risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and prepare management-ready reports while working in a hybrid environment across the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and functional risk assessments, applying ERM frameworks consistently across assigned areas
• Facilitate structured risk discussions with business leaders to identify and analyze strategic and operational risks
• Prepare concise risk summaries and dashboards for senior leadership, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in enterprise risk management, business, finance, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related discipline, with Big 4 experience preferred
• Relevant professional certification (CRMA, COSO, CRISC, CPA, etc.) required or to be obtained within one year of hire
• Strong experience with risk assessments and management-level reporting in a large, global organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with risk platforms and Power BI preferred
