Enterprise Risk Officer

Job Summary

Supporting the development of the Enterprise Risk Management program, the full-time remote Enterprise Risk Officer will lead core risk work-streams, including risk assessments and oversight of the risk champion network, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a robust risk framework.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring organizational risks to implement effective mitigation strategies
• Support enterprise-wide risk management workflows and present insights to leadership as required
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk policies, procedures, and controls aligned with best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a related function
• Solid understanding of enterprise risk and risk management control frameworks
• Experience in drafting policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans
• Ability to prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with business units to promote risk awareness
