Job Summary

To drive customer retention and growth, the full-time Enterprise Sales Account Manager will own and expand relationships within large customer accounts, lead complex enterprise renewals, and partner with executive stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring recurring revenue growth
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and guide renewal conversations to align solutions with business goals
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise renewals, strategic account management, or customer growth within a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in leading complex, high-value renewals and expansion opportunities with enterprise or Fortune 500 customers
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate with VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools to inform account strategy and renewal planning
  • Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, loyalty, marketing, or adjacent customer engagement platforms is a plus
