Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise SDRs focused on account-based prospecting and qualification
  • Drive strategic pipeline generation and establish prospecting standards across the team
  • Track KPIs related to qualified meetings and pipeline health while ensuring operational excellence


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams, particularly in enterprise sales environments
  • Proven track record of successful prospecting into complex enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based prospecting strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
