Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise SDRs focused on account-based prospecting and qualification
- Drive strategic pipeline generation and establish prospecting standards across the team
- Track KPIs related to qualified meetings and pipeline health while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams, particularly in enterprise sales environments
- Proven track record of successful prospecting into complex enterprise organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based prospecting strategies
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
