Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Manager will drive operational excellence through high-touch outbound campaigns, focusing on maximizing meeting-to-qualified pipeline conversion and partnering with Enterprise Sales leadership for strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and scale a team of 6-8 Enterprise SDRs while driving operational rigor through call reviews and skill development
  • Improve meeting-to-qualified pipeline conversion and establish standards for enterprise prospecting across messaging and account penetration
  • Mentor SDRs on strategic prospecting and partner with Enterprise AEs to develop account plans and coordinate outreach
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams, particularly in enterprise sales environments
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting into complex enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based prospecting strategies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
