Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting into enterprise commercial construction contractors, making approximately 100 cold calls per day
- Build a qualified pipeline by booking high-conviction discovery meetings with potential buyers
- Utilize modern tools and develop outbound strategies to enhance prospecting effectiveness and provide insights to sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience making 50+ cold calls per day in a prior SDR or BDR role
- Ability to build and refine outbound sequences that outperform standard templates
- Strong discovery instincts to identify customer pain points
- Demonstrated ability to implement feedback quickly and improve performance
- Preference for candidates with experience in the construction or specialty trades industry
