Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting into enterprise commercial construction contractors, making approximately 100 cold calls per day
  • Build a qualified pipeline by booking high-conviction discovery meetings with potential buyers
  • Utilize modern tools and develop outbound strategies to enhance prospecting effectiveness and provide insights to sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
  • Experience making 50+ cold calls per day in a prior SDR or BDR role
  • Ability to build and refine outbound sequences that outperform standard templates
  • Strong discovery instincts to identify customer pain points
  • Demonstrated ability to implement feedback quickly and improve performance
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the construction or specialty trades industry
