Job Summary
Driving targeted engagement with existing clients in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecom space, the full-time Enterprise Sales Development Representative will educate customers about additional products, identify service gaps, and facilitate smooth transitions to the sales team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase product adoption among existing customers
- Identify and analyze service gaps, engaging relevant stakeholders to lay the groundwork for future opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM), sales, or a related field
- Proven expertise in rapport-building campaigns that foster trust and engagement
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Gong, and Apollo is preferred
- Experience or familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
