Job Summary

Motivated by strategic outreach and thoughtful account planning, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative will create enterprise pipeline for Account Executives by engaging larger healthcare organizations and driving qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Own outbound enterprise pipeline generation across various communication platforms
  • Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies into named accounts and qualify opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales role within SaaS or complex B2B environments
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
  • Ability to prospect into larger, complex organizations
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline
  • Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly
