Job Summary
Motivated by strategic outreach and thoughtful account planning, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative will create enterprise pipeline for Account Executives by engaging larger healthcare organizations and driving qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own outbound enterprise pipeline generation across various communication platforms
- Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers
- Execute personalized outreach strategies into named accounts and qualify opportunities
Required qualifications
- Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales role within SaaS or complex B2B environments
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
- Ability to prospect into larger, complex organizations
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline
- Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly
