Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy, intellectually curious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for generating and qualifying leads across strategic verticals including Quick Service Restaurants, Fast Casual brands, and Sports & Entertainment venues.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage enterprise-level prospects through various outreach methods to build awareness of the integrated platform
- Conduct qualification calls to uncover operational and strategic needs while assessing readiness and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to execute targeted strategies and provide feedback on market trends
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS, enterprise technology, or restaurant/hospitality tech
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to conduct structured discovery and articulate value around operational efficiencies and digital transformation
- Experience managing high-volume prospecting while maintaining quality in long sales cycles (12-24 months)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
