Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, intellectually curious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for generating and qualifying leads across strategic verticals including Quick Service Restaurants, Fast Casual brands, and Sports & Entertainment venues.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage enterprise-level prospects through various outreach methods to build awareness of the integrated platform
  • Conduct qualification calls to uncover operational and strategic needs while assessing readiness and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to execute targeted strategies and provide feedback on market trends
Required qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS, enterprise technology, or restaurant/hospitality tech
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery and articulate value around operational efficiencies and digital transformation
  • Experience managing high-volume prospecting while maintaining quality in long sales cycles (12-24 months)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
