Job Summary

Driving growth in the US healthcare ecosystem, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative will engage key stakeholders, identify target accounts, and qualify opportunities to book high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to engage stakeholders across healthcare organizations
  • Research and develop target accounts, identifying decision-makers and understanding organizational priorities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or similar sales development role
  • Experience prospecting into healthcare organizations, health systems, or managed care organizations
  • Strong cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach experience
  • Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach based on business priorities
  • Clear and confident communication style to engage healthcare executives and senior stakeholders
