Driving business growth, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative will identify opportunities with target clients, generate new business leads, and support the sales team through cold outreach and relationship nurturing.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead client conversations and present Toptal's perspective to understand client needs and win new business
  • Prospect and develop sales-ready leads through cold-calling and lead-generation activities
  • Collaborate with team members to pursue opportunities and schedule qualified meetings
Required qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative
  • Broad understanding of business challenges faced by Enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated perseverance and motivation to succeed in a sales environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage workflows in a fast-paced setting
