Job Summary
Driving business growth, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative will identify opportunities with target clients, generate new business leads, and support the sales team through cold outreach and relationship nurturing.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client conversations and present Toptal's perspective to understand client needs and win new business
- Prospect and develop sales-ready leads through cold-calling and lead-generation activities
- Collaborate with team members to pursue opportunities and schedule qualified meetings
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative
- Broad understanding of business challenges faced by Enterprise clients
- Demonstrated perseverance and motivation to succeed in a sales environment
- Ability to work independently and manage workflows in a fast-paced setting
