Job Summary
Focused on building a robust outbound sales engine, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative will manage a Target Account List of US-based mid-market and enterprise companies, driving meaningful conversations with GRC buyers to generate pipeline and revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Master enterprise account strategy by mapping buying committees and understanding stakeholder priorities
- Build pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and webinars to generate qualified conversations
- Own and manage a disciplined outbound motion across a 30-60 day sales cycle, developing resilience and commercial judgment
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
- Proficiency in using AI, automation, and prospecting tools for smarter workflows
- Strong research skills to understand business contexts and buyer needs
- Natural curiosity and ability to engage in meaningful conversations with buyers
- Consistent approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline hygiene
