Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director - Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives in the assigned territory
  • Develop strategic territory plans and creative lead generation initiatives
  • Generate sales proposals and coordinate with Account Management on pre/post-sales implementation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Health or Human Capital Management
  • Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
  • Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
  • Strong familiarity with sales tools such as SalesForce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
