Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director - Midwest.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives in the assigned territory
- Develop strategic territory plans and creative lead generation initiatives
- Generate sales proposals and coordinate with Account Management on pre/post-sales implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Health or Human Capital Management
- Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
- Strong familiarity with sales tools such as SalesForce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
