Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director for the East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for pipeline creation and management
  • Enforce a rigorous sales process and ensure Salesforce notes are up-to-date
  • Design and execute onboarding and coaching programs for sales team members
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, with cybersecurity experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in hiring and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience working with IT, Security, GRC, or similar technical buyers
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment
