Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives in the Media business on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team of motivated Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth in strategic markets
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork and focus on achieving customer outcomes
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners for long-term success
Required Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of experience building high-growth sales teams in the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS Sales Industry
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
  • Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger
  • Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories
  • Success in implementing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models
