Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Transformation Sales Director to lead complex sales engagements and drive transformational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise sales engagements focused on systems integration and AI-enabled solutions
  • Originate and lead pursuit of high-value opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
  • Shape deal strategy and orchestrate proposal development across multiple practices
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in selling complex professional services related to digital transformation and systems integration
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals, including engagements of $2M or more
  • Executive presence with the ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience leading complex sales pursuits and aligning internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
