Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Sales team
- Drive strategic enterprise partnerships and create long-term relationships
- Shape solutions, close complex deals, and scale growth through effective pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise/B2B sales or adjacent fields with 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite level
- Experience in building and scaling strategic partnerships and closing large deals
- Proficiency in complex contracting and negotiations, with strong CRM skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
