Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise - RCT vertical - New Logos.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed goals and objectives
- Instill a culture of teamwork focused on measurable business value and customer outcomes
- Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leading high-growth new logo sales teams for enterprise customers in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, or AI
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies
- Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger
- Experience in developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories
- Track record of leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption
