Job Summary

Leading enterprise sales efforts across the health insurance ecosystem, the fully remote Enterprise Sales Director will own the full sales cycle for AI-powered SaaS underwriting and analytics solutions, engaging with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a pipeline of enterprise opportunities through strategic prospecting and existing relationships
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle, engaging underwriting, actuarial, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Craft compelling statements of work and pricing proposals that articulate the value of solutions to decision-makers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience, with at least 5 years in health insurance
  • Proven ability to build and close a book of business from scratch with a hunter mentality
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with experience in technical demos and ROI modeling
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees, including Chief Actuaries and CFOs
  • Ability to work self-driven in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
