Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of strategic brokerage and franchisor accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Director will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution design to closing and account expansion, while driving revenue growth and building executive relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage pre- and post-sale relationships and revenue growth across top brokerage and franchisor accounts
  • Prospect, build pipeline, and close new business while developing executive relationships and identifying high-value opportunities
  • Land and expand within existing accounts by increasing product adoption and uncovering new revenue streams
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, particularly with brokerages and franchisors
  • Proven track record of selling to brokers and/or franchisors, with existing brokerage relationships
  • Experience in complex, full-cycle sales roles, including new-business acquisition and account expansion
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
  • Disciplined approach to solution selling and familiarity with modern sales methodologies
