Job Summary
As the first dedicated Enterprise Sales Director in the United States, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, build a sales team, and directly engage with key buyers in the security and compliance sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Build and establish Sprinto's enterprise sales motion in the US, including outbound strategy and sales processes
- Close net new enterprise logos while operating as a player-coach during the initial team formation
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, setting standards for sales practices
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building a sales motion from scratch in a challenger brand environment
- Experience selling to CISOs, VPs of Engineering, or CTOs in a technical security or compliance SaaS context
- History of managing and developing a small team of Account Executives while being hands-on with sales
- Track record of exceeding significant quotas as both an individual contributor and team leader over multiple years
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Force Management methodologies in complex sales environments
