Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Enterprise Sales Director will manage the entire sales cycle, build relationships with key enterprise customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline and take ownership of the sales cycle by prospecting and converting leads into closed-won revenue
  • Drive opportunities with urgency by qualifying prospects, creating business cases, and guiding buyers through complex procurement cycles
  • Sell the strategic value of the platform by positioning it as a solution for improving transportation performance and decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in complex sales cycles
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments with the ability to engage various stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including account planning and executive alignment
  • Proven experience closing multi-six-figure software deals and navigating senior-level approval processes
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with ownership and urgency in fast-moving startup environments
