Job Summary

Driving the rapid expansion of the Enterprise team, the full-time Director, Enterprise Sales will manage client relationships, enhance operational performance, and foster strategic partnerships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Relentlessly pursue wallet-share growth and shift conversations to long-term strategic partnerships
  • Craft and own segment strategy while acting as the primary executive face for top-tier clients
  • Coach and develop high-performing managers and sellers to foster a culture of elite performance
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of high-growth sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing people leaders in an Enterprise environment
  • Deep domain expertise in Recruitment Advertising or Performance Advertising
  • Proven track record of delivering data-backed revenue projections with high forecast accuracy
  • Experience navigating complex procurement and legal cycles for large-scale employers
