Job Summary
Leading a team of Enterprise Sales Account Managers, the full-time Associate Director of Enterprise Sales will drive revenue growth for veterinary software by managing high-value corporate accounts and overseeing complex sales processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Account Managers while establishing performance expectations and operationalizing sales engineering
- Own the enterprise software bookings number, focusing on new placements, competitive conversions, and expansion across existing accounts
- Manage relationships with top corporate accounts, ensuring pipeline health and deal velocity across long-term enterprise cycles
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts; leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving C-suite and legal negotiations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to influence stakeholders across various departments without direct authority
- Experience or strong interest in veterinary, healthcare, or SaaS/software environments
