Job Summary

Driving enterprise sales success across the US and Canada, the remote full-time Enterprise Sales Director will manage growth strategies, lead a team of Account Managers, and foster customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine the regional Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring alignment with product-led growth initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers while managing complex deals and competitive scenarios
  • Own revenue targets, drive customer acquisition, and maintain strong C-level relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a first-line enterprise sales leader
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within the enterprise software infrastructure industry
  • Proven expertise in coaching a modern sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Demonstrated success in the full sales lifecycle of complex enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
