Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, onboard, train, develop, and manage a team of 6-8 sales account executives to consistently overachieve their revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a coordinated Go-To-Market approach

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements
  • Over 10 years of experience in SaaS-based solution sales
  • Over 5 years managing AE's driving pipeline generation and winning new logos
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal closing processes
  • Ability to effectively articulate value propositions to customers, including executive-level stakeholders
