Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities and execute sales plans while collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Create and implement comprehensive sales action plans for target markets
- Develop relationships and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring successful deal closures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a proven track record in strategic sales and relationship management
- Experience in the Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) and BPO environment
- Strong understanding of needs-based selling strategies and consultative sales processes
- Ability to think strategically and develop unique plans for prospective clients
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
