Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new opportunities and execute sales plans while collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales action plans for target markets
  • Develop relationships and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring successful deal closures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with a proven track record in strategic sales and relationship management
  • Experience in the Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) and BPO environment
  • Strong understanding of needs-based selling strategies and consultative sales processes
  • Ability to think strategically and develop unique plans for prospective clients
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
