Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on Medicare Advantage and Commercial Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop executive relationships within government-sponsored health plans to secure meetings and establish sponsorship
  • Identify and initiate strategic pilots and partnership discussions while ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Act as an executive sponsor during deal cycles, supporting negotiation strategies and maintaining executive alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug plans, or government-sponsored health plans
  • Proven ability to secure executive-level access (C-suite / EVP / SVP)
  • Strong understanding of health plan operations and procurement processes
  • Experience with long, complex enterprise sales cycles and translating relationships into commercial outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
