Job Summary
Driving adoption of energy efficiency programs, the full-time Enterprise Sales Executive will sell a SaaS platform to large utilities across the US and Canada, managing VP-level relationships and leading complex sales cycles to achieve significant revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using a consultative business approach
- Generate new business opportunities while cross-selling and upselling within existing utility accounts
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through deal closure, including managing RFP processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise business software at the VP-level within the utility industry
- Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of processes and KPIs within the energy efficiency/DSM space
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with utility executives
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is favorable
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a positive and creative mindset
