Job Summary
Driving sales and revenue growth for groups of 5,000 members and above, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Executive will build relationships with brokers and other distribution channels while managing the sales process and pipeline across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other centers of influence for distribution into large employers
- Communicate Leap Health's value proposition and oversee the sales process from discovery to sale
- Manage a pipeline of employers across various distribution partners and prepare sales materials for prospects
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record selling solutions into employers and utilizing broker/TPA/PBM channels
- Experience in startup environments or as a successful entrepreneur is highly valued
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Passionate about innovation in healthcare with a commitment to improving patient outcomes
