Job Summary
Seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth for an innovative AI-powered SaaS platform in a fully remote, permanent role, focusing on generating new annual recurring revenue through strategic sales efforts targeting CROs, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new ARR through strategic enterprise sales targeting key stakeholders in clinical operations and healthcare
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and manage pilot programs into long-term agreements
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or clinical research solutions
- Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals ranging from $250K to multi-million-dollar contracts
- Strong understanding of clinical research, trial operations, and patient recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills
