Job Summary
Proactively driving growth across the DACH region, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Executive will build and manage a self-generated pipeline, pursue new business opportunities, and develop relationships with decision-makers in complex manufacturing environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new business sales across core product families targeting large enterprise organizations
- Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline through strategic market mapping and outreach
- Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to contract closure, collaborating with internal experts
Required qualifications
- Fluency in German is required; native or near-native skills preferred
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in complex SaaS or regulatory compliance solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience closing five- to six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach
- Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities
