Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high performing enterprise sales team focused on strategic accounts
  • Own revenue, pipeline, and forecasting, executing territory and account plans for growth
  • Drive complex, multi-product enterprise deals and coach the team on solution-oriented selling
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in B2B SaaS sales with 5+ years in enterprise account leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets in complex environments
  • Experience selling platform or multi-product solutions to large enterprises (Fortune 1000 / Global 2000)
  • Strong command of value-based and solution selling methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high performing sales talent
