Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales and manage relationships with strategic clients in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs
  • Lead strategic sales processes, including proposal creation and contract negotiations
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and conduct executive level presentations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of successful complex enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • 10+ years' experience in the insurtech ecosystem
  • Proven wins of $10 Million in Total Contract Value or higher
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-Level executives
  • Ability to develop and manage strategic plans with executives
