Job Summary

Seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join a growing team in a full-time capacity, responsible for winning new business and expanding revenues with US Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs, while collaborating cross-functionally and managing a strategic sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Win new business and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US and globally
  • Lead strategic sales processes, including proposal creation, contract negotiations, and executive presentations
  • Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline by creating new opportunities for product implementation
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of successful complex enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • Experience within the insurtech ecosystem, including InsurTech products and insurance distribution
  • Proven track record of winning deals valued at $1m+ ARR
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives at top agencies and brokers in the US
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic plans with partner and company executives
