Job Summary
Leading the enterprise sales strategy, the full-time Manager, Enterprise Sales will drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and close deals with mid-market legal departments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting in-house legal teams to drive pipeline growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Identify and close strategic deals with mid-market legal departments through consultative selling and relationship-building
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing high-volume deals in a high-growth environment
- Experience in recruiting and managing high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of engaging C-level stakeholders
