Job Summary
Partnering closely with sales leadership, the fully remote Enterprise Sales Operations Manager will optimize processes, lead cross-functional programs, and develop operational metrics to enhance sales outcomes within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the Enterprise Sales motion to ensure scalable and efficient processes that drive annual contract value, retention, and expansion
- Lead cross-functional programs focused on improving sales outcomes through process redesign and analytics-driven enhancements
- Develop and maintain operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights for improvement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects that improve sales workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com, along with familiarity with sales tech stack tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence sales strategy
