A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Planning & Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower the North America Enterprise Sales organization by supporting capacity planning, territory creation, quota/comp setting, deal process, and closing
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure top-notch execution of programs, events, and investments
  • Analyze data and provide insights to drive data-driven decision making and identify areas for efficiency and scale
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Experience in sales compensation plans, territory design, and systematic maintenance
  • Strong project management skills with a bias toward automation and scale
  • Experience as a motivating people leader
