Job Summary
Seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Vice President, the remote full-time role will manage direct sales cycles, expand large enterprise client relationships, and drive sales objectives while occasionally traveling to headquarters.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the direct sales cycles and manage sales quotas, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Build out Garner's large enterprise channel through direct sales to employers, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers
- Develop new strategic broker relationships and influence buying decisions while staying current with market knowledge and competitor products
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience focused on health benefits via brokers, consultants, and insurers
- Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and insurance communities
- Minimum of 3+ years experience selling to large enterprise clients
- Data literacy with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Proven experience in developing sales processes and executing strategies for long-term success
