Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and shaping the Go-To-Market strategy across the Americas region, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales VP will lead a dynamic sales team, manage revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute company objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver bookings, pipeline, and growth targets while improving forecast accuracy and operational execution
  • Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the Americas, aligning sales objectives with business goals
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, including regional leadership and sales operations
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise SaaS organizations with significant bookings and customer growth
  • Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS, and cybersecurity/identity industry preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives across large enterprises
