Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and shaping the Go-To-Market strategy across the Americas region, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales VP will lead a dynamic sales team, manage revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver bookings, pipeline, and growth targets while improving forecast accuracy and operational execution
- Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the Americas, aligning sales objectives with business goals
- Build and lead a high-performance sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, including regional leadership and sales operations
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise SaaS organizations with significant bookings and customer growth
- Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS, and cybersecurity/identity industry preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives across large enterprises
