Enterprise Security Analyst

Job Summary

Handling incoming and outgoing security requests, the full-time Enterprise Security Analyst I will process Medicare Claims Processing System inquiries, validate customer information, and maintain security profiles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and processes Medicare Claims Processing System requests from customers
• Analyzes customer requests for completeness and accuracy, researching their viability
• Records details of actions taken to resolve inquiries in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Basic knowledge of security principles
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
