Enterprise Security Director

Job Summary

Managing enterprise security initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Security Director will direct and oversee cybersecurity strategies, implement security controls, and provide guidance to leadership, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and manage enterprise security, cloud security, and application security programs across the organization
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies to protect systems and customer data
• Establish and maintain security policies and integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Master's in Computer or Software Engineering + 3 years of experience as a CIS Manager, or
• Bachelor's in Computer or Software Engineering + 5 years of experience as a CIS Manager
• Experience managing cybersecurity teams and designing security controls for cloud environments
• Proficiency in integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with tools such as Python, C++, IBM Qradar, and Linux
