Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Services Architect - Professional & Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and delivery teams to design tailored service solutions for large enterprise customers
• Lead the services discovery process to identify customer objectives and technical requirements
• Architect comprehensive services proposals and design Managed Services models for customer environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Services Architecture or Professional Services design within enterprise technology
• Proven track record in designing complex Professional and Managed Services for large enterprises
• Strong understanding of unified communications, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and service lifecycle design preferred
