Enterprise Services Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Services Architect to lead the design of Professional Services and Managed Services solutions for large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and delivery teams to design tailored service solutions for complex customer environments
• Lead the services discovery process to identify customer objectives and technical requirements
• Architect comprehensive services proposals that include deployment, migration, and lifecycle management components

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Services Architecture or Professional Services design within enterprise technology
• Proven track record designing complex Professional and Managed Services for large enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of unified communications, collaboration, networking, or cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: Technical certifications in cloud platforms or related enterprise systems
