Enterprise Solution Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Enterprise Solution Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a technical strategist and advisor, co-designing transformation visions for clients while leading workshops and maintaining executive momentum throughout a multi-year transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Co-design the customer's "North Star" operating model and own the technical transformation narrative
• Build and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, driving conversations on business outcomes
• Partner with Elevate Pursuit Leads on deal development strategy and ensure clean handoff to delivery teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales consulting, customer success, or solution architecture roles
• Proven experience in designing and owning end-to-end transformation strategies
• Authoritative understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and IT service management principles
• Strong executive presence with excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Self-directed and proactive with a customer-centric approach to transformation
