Enterprise Solution Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Enterprise Solution Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a technical strategist and trusted advisor, co-designing transformation visions for clients, leading discovery workshops, and driving executive engagement throughout multi-year transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Co-design the customer's "North Star" operating model and articulate the technical transformation narrative
• Build and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, positioning the transformation as a business imperative
• Partner with Elevate Pursuit Leads to develop deal strategies and ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales consulting, customer success, or solution architecture roles
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end transformation strategies and engaging C-level stakeholders
• Authoritative understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and IT service management principles
• Strong executive presence with excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Self-directed and proactive with a customer-centric approach to transformation challenges
